We built Right Step so one advisor holds the whole file. Same person for the taxes, the books, the LLC, the credit and the coverage — in the office on E Slaughter Ln, on the phone, or on video if coming in doesn’t fit your week. Today we work with families, self-employed contractors and small business owners in Austin and across Texas, Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 9 PM.

Heidy handles the coverage side: health plans through the Marketplace, private plans and life insurance — lined up with your taxes so the 1095-A doesn’t surprise you in April. She’s also a Texas Notary Public, so documents that need notarizing get handled in the same visit instead of sending you across town. She also translates documents between English and Spanish, billed separately.
Bookkeeping & Accounting
Leonardo keeps the books current month to month in QuickBooks — reconciled accounts, a real Profit & Loss, and a clear picture of what you can actually deduct. The point is arriving at tax season with the numbers already done, instead of a shoebox of receipts and a week of guessing.

Being an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent is an agreement with the IRS that lets us verify your identity documents in our office and submit your ITIN application on your behalf. In plain terms: your passport never goes in the mail and never sits in a processing center for two months.
You know what you’re paying and what it covers before any work starts. Government filing fees are named separately, so nothing gets added at the end.
