Right Step provides tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping, LLC formation, credit repair, and insurance services. The specific scope of each service is defined in writing before work begins, during your consultation.

3. Client responsibilities

4. Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Payments to third parties (for example, state or federal filing fees) are not part of our fees and are the client’s responsibility.

5. Credit repair

Our credit services are provided in accordance with applicable law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not promise to remove truthful, current information from your credit report, and we do not guarantee results. You have the right to dispute items with the credit bureaus on your own, and to cancel a credit services contract as provided by law.

6. Insurance

Insurance products are offered through agents licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. Coverage, eligibility and conditions are subject to the terms of each carrier and, where applicable, of the federal Marketplace.

7. Intellectual property

The content, brand and materials on this site are the property of Right Step LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Step shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of the services.
