Straight talk first

What federal law gives you — and what we won’t promise.

Credit repair is a category full of promises nobody can keep. Here’s how we work, and what the law actually says.

  • We can’t remove accurate negative information from your report, and we won’t say otherwise.
  • Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) are public — read the FTC’s official guide →
  • You can dispute your own reports yourself, for free, without hiring anybody.
  • We don’t charge before the work is done, because federal law says nobody can.
The work itself

Four fronts, one credit strategy.

No "erasing debts". Legal work, documented, on a timeline you can check. Some of this is what the industry files under credit counseling — the education and budgeting side — and it’s included, not upsold.

We read all three reports

Equifax, Experian and TransUnion — and we tell you what's actually dragging the score down, in plain English. This first review is free.

We dispute what's inaccurate

Items that are wrong, incomplete or that the bureaus can't verify get formally disputed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It's your legal right; we exercise it for you.

We rebuild, not just delete

Secured cards, the right tradelines and the right timing. Deleting bad items without building good ones leaves you at zero, not at a score.

We teach you to keep it

What to report, when to apply for credit, and the mistakes that send people back to where they started twelve months later.

Timelines

Real timelines, not a 30-day miracle.

It starts with your free review. After that, the clock depends on what kind of case you have:

  • Disputes on inaccurate items: a 30 to 45 day legal cycle per letter. First changes usually show up between 30 and 90 days.
  • Building credit from scratch (with an ITIN or a brand-new SSN): 6 to 12 months to have a solid score.
  • Complex cases (bankruptcy, foreclosure): 12 to 24 months of steady work.

There’s no legal shortcut around those windows — and anyone who promises you one is breaking the law to sell you something.

1

Free report review

We pull all three reports and show you exactly what's affecting the score.

2

We separate what's disputable

Inaccurate or unverifiable items on one side, accurate ones on the other. The accurate ones stay — that's the law.

3

Formal disputes go out

FCRA letters to the bureaus and, where it applies, straight to the creditor.

4

Monthly follow-up

We check what came back and adjust the plan — building, not just cleaning.

What "results" means here

No miracles. Rights applied correctly.

We’re not going to promise you an 800 score in 30 days. What we do guarantee: your federal rights applied correctly, an update from us on every move in your file, and a strategy you can keep going after we’re done.

Credit repair scams are the reason this category has the reputation it has: charge up front, disappear, no results. We work the other way — you see what was disputed, why, and what’s next, item by item, with nothing buried in fine print.

Situations we work on

Any of this sound familiar?

"My score is 520 and I want to buy a house."

We map a realistic plan with dates to reach the score your mortgage lender needs.

"There's a collection on my report that isn't mine."

We investigate it and, if it's inaccurate or unverifiable, we dispute it formally under the FCRA.

"I just moved to the U.S. and have no credit history."

We build it from zero: secured card, the right first tradeline, and twelve months done properly.

"I have an ITIN and no SSN."

It can be done. There's a specific path with an ITIN, and we walk it with you step by step.

Everything about the ITIN

"My credit is fine, I want 750+."

We work utilization, account mix and age to get you the best mortgage or auto rate available.

What it costs

Clear pricing, charged after the work is done.

Federal law (CROA) bans charging for credit repair up front. We don’t do it — and we wouldn’t even if we could.

Frequently asked

Questions about credit repair.

Answered without jargon and without promises we can’t keep.

Can you remove accurate negative information from my report?
No. No legitimate credit repair company can promise to remove negative information that’s accurate and verified, and we don’t. What we do is formally dispute information that’s inaccurate, incomplete, or that the bureaus can’t verify, which is what the Fair Credit Reporting Act allows. Be suspicious of anyone who guarantees they’ll erase real debts.
How long before I see changes in my score?
Disputes run on a legal cycle of 30 to 45 days per letter, and the first changes usually show up between 30 and 90 days. If you’re building credit from scratch — with an SSN or an ITIN — a solid score takes 6 to 12 months. Complex cases like bankruptcy or foreclosure can take 12 to 24 months. You get a realistic timeline at your first consultation, not a sales number.
Do you guarantee results?
We can’t guarantee a specific score, and nobody honest can — the final call belongs to the credit bureaus, not to us. What we do guarantee: your rights under federal law applied correctly, an update from us on every move in your file, and a strategy built for your situation instead of a template.
Can you help me if I have an ITIN and no Social Security number?
Yes. We work with clients who have an ITIN all the time — disputing reports, opening the right first lines of credit, and building history from zero.
What if I don't agree with an account someone is trying to collect?
We won’t advise you to stop paying a debt that’s genuinely yours and correctly reported — that damages your credit further and can create legal problems. But if you believe the amount is wrong, the account isn’t yours, or it’s past the statute of limitations, we can investigate it and, where it applies, open a formal dispute or go to the creditor directly.
Can you help after a bankruptcy?
We’re not bankruptcy attorneys, so if you haven’t filed yet, talk to one first. Where we come in is afterward: rebuilding your credit with a clear strategy once the bankruptcy is already on your report. That part we handle regularly.
Why pay someone if I can dispute my reports myself?
You can, it’s free, and the FTC will tell you the same thing — it’s item 3 on this page for a reason. What you’re paying for is the difference between sending letters and running a strategy: knowing which items are actually disputable, what the bureaus accept as verification, what to open and when so the score has something to grow on, and having someone track a 45-day cycle across three bureaus without letting it drop. If your report has two simple errors, we’ll tell you to do it yourself.
Does working with you hurt my score?
No. Reviewing your reports is a soft pull and doesn’t affect your score, and filing a dispute doesn’t either. What can move it — up or down — is what happens after: closing an old card shortens your history, and a new account dips the average age for a few months before it helps. We tell you which moves cost you points short term and why they’re worth it, before you make them.
One team

Your credit doesn’t live by itself.

Building credit goes a lot better when the rest of the picture is in order. If you also need your taxes filed, an LLC opened in Texas, or health coverage that doesn’t hand you a bill in April, the same team works all of it in parallel — and the tax return, the business and the credit file stop contradicting each other. Let’s look at the whole picture →
